The weekend we spent at this resort hotel had its highlights. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful gardens and lounging by the pool. The breakfast was really nice as well, with lots of different options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect! We were right in the heart of all the shopping and dining action.
Our experience was not perfect. We had issues with communication from the staff, especially when it came to making reservations.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore Capri Town on foot. The free room upgrade with a balcony and partial sea view was a delightful surprise. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
We felt so welcome during our stay at the hotel, and we have no complaints at all.
